How to Backup/Restore your Android


1. Dowload and install MobileGO on your PC. Run the program and you'll see:

2. Connect your android devices via USB or WiFi to your computer.

3. Click One-Click Backup button to create a backup with all data you want to save. Select a folder on your computer to save the backup file.

4. To restore data on the same Android device (or others) click "Toolkit" option (on the left menu) and then click the "Restore" button

Note: During the BackUp/Restore process, please don't disconnect your device.

How to Import/Export Media files

To import media files including movies, videos, photos or music, click the appropriate category in the left column. Then click under "Add" button and select files to import from your PC/Mac.

If you decide to import a video or music file, MobileGO will check the format and will convert files to an Android-optimized format (MP4, MP3, etc.).

To export files from your Android to computer, click the Export button on the menu bar. You will be able to copy music files to your iTunes library directly or transfer files from one android phone to another (connected to the same computer)

How to Manage your Contacts

Click on Contacts in the left column and then click on Import/Export button to import or export your contacts from vCard files, Outlook Express, Windows Address Book, Windows Mail and Outlook 2003/2007/2010.

Using the "De-duplicate" feature you can also find and remove duplicate contacts, very quickly! 

How to Import/Export SMS

Go on SMS category in the left column and you will see all SMS stored on your android device. Click on Import/Export button to import or trasfer your sms in .xml format on your computer
Besides the xml format, you can also choose .txt format to save sms on your computer.


To send a message from your PC/Mac, click on SMS in the left column and then "New". You will see a SMS Editor to type and send your sms.

How to Install/Remove Apps

Click Apps on the left column and you will see all apps stored on your Android.
Click the Install button to select files .APK to import from your computer or storage device.

Install Apps

To remove an app, simply select it and then click Uninstall button on the menu bar

You will be able also to remove apps preinstalled in system of rooted phones.
